The subject of this study is The Food Conference, which is one of the diplomatic conferences of the Allies during the World War II, that all UN members participated and which conducted and leaded by the United States, held in Virginia, Hot Spring. In this context, the study focuses on the arguments that lead to the organization of the conference. As a result of this focus, the study aims to detect; Turkey’s which has an impartial policy in mentioned period, interest to The Food Conference which was held by allied countries; and the approach of the Turkish press to this conference, particularly, presentation of the different assessment made by press about Turkey's future. For this purpose, by using document scanning method; the news, statements, evaluations and comments about The Food Conference in the press of that period and through the records of the House of Commons of UK, the implementation of the process are transmitted. It is understood that, the Turkish press is evaluated Turkey's current situation and future policies from different angles, through The Food Conference. The study is a unique work in the literature, in terms of giving information about the conference both through the records of the House of Commons of UK and the media of the period.
