1877-1878 Osmanlı-Rus Savaşı´nda Osmanlı Ordusunun İkmal ve İaşesi
Bu çalışmada, Osmanlı Devleti´nin 1877-1878 Osmanlı-Rus Savaşı´nda ordunun ikmal ve iaşesinde ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaştığı ve bu sorunlara yaklaşımı ele alınmıştır. Osmanlı Devleti´nin ordu için asker toplama, askerlerin yiyecek, içecek gibi ihtiyaçlarının temini, cephelere istenilen oranda silah ve levâzımâtın gönderilmesi hususlarında başarılı olamaması savaşın kaybedilmesindeki önemli faktörlerden birisi olmuştur.

The Provision and Supply of the Ottoman Army in the 1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War
This study examines the provisioning and logistics problems of the Ottoman army during the 1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War and presents how the Ottoman Empire dealt with these problems. The failure of the Ottoman Empire to recruit soldiers and provide them with sufficient food, drink and weapons and ammunitions became one of the most important causes of the Ottoman defeat in this war.
