Cumhuriyetin İlk Nüfus Sayımına Göre Iğdır´da Nüfusun Demografik Yapısı
Devletler kalkınma projelerini hazırlarken, doğal kaynaklarını, sermaye birikimlerini ve o devletin sınırları dâhilindeki halkın nüfus özelliklerini göz önünde bulundururular. Bu verilerden beklide en önemlisi mevcut nüfusun özellikleridir. Çünkü nüfus özellikleri devletlerin, yatırımlarını neye göre yapması gerektiği ve toplumda ki bireylerin gelişimi için ne gibi tedbirler alması gerektiği konusunda bilgiler vererek, ulusların gelişimlerini sistematik bir şekilde sürdürmesini sağlarlar. Gerek sosyo-ekonomik düzenlemelerin yapılmasında ve gerek devlet politikalarının belirlenmesinde nüfus özelliklerinin bilinmesi önemli bir yer tutar. Örneğin 1927 yılında, Türkiye gibi savaştan yeni çıkmış, genç nüfusun daha çok olduğu ülkelerde, var olan nüfusun eğitimi ve istihdamına yönelik projeler daha ağırlıklı olmak durumundadır. Bu makalede Cumhuriyetin ilk nüfus sayımına göre Iğdır kazasının nüfus özelliklerini çalışılmıştır

The Population Features of Igdır Province in the First General Census of the Turkish Republic
States in creating developments projects, natural resources, capital accumulation, and that even the boundaries of the state-owned the demographic characteristic of the population are considered. Because the population in the demographic characteristic of the states, investments tools, more rational use, what according to the must do and the society that the individuals for the development of what such measures should take in the data provided, the nation´s development of a systematic sustainability in line to continue provide. Socio-economic regulations and requirements needed in making government policy, political and security point of determining the characteristics of the population still has an important place to know. For example, states such as Turkey´s National Struggle a victory out of that period, the existing population education, health and employment had to be weighted towards a more contemporary project. In this article according to the population features of Igdır province in the first general census of the turkish republic will be studied.
