Erzurum Valisi Mustafa Nazım Bey´in Vilayetteki Çalışmalarına Dair Raporu (1905)
Mustafa Nazım Bey 1902-1906 tarihleri arasında Erzurum Valiliği görevini yürütmüştür. Çalışma konumuz olan raporunda, Erzurum Vilayeti´nde yaptığı çeşitli alanlardaki çalışmaları detaylı bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Anlatımlarıyla vilayetin genel durumunu gün yüzüne çıkarmıştır. Ayrıca Erzurum Vilayeti´nin ihtiyaçlarına değinerek bu hususta plan ve beklentilerini izah etmiştir. Rapor II. Meşrutiyet öncesinde Erzurum Vilayeti´nin her alandaki sorunlarını ve Vilayet genelinde yapılan çalışmaları dile getirmesi bakımından önemlidir.

Erzurum Governor Mr. Mustafa Nazım´s Work Report About the City (1905)
This article examines the problems of Erzurum in the early twentieth century in light of a special report presented to the sultan by the city governor Mustafa Nazım. The detailed report narrated not only the road, bridge, school and hospital needs of the city but also explained its position in trade and agriculture. This article highlights the key features of this report and presents the social and economic position of Erzurum prior to the 1908 Young Turk revolution.
