II. Dünya Savaşı Yıllarında Sovyet Dış Politikası ve Sovyet Emperyalizmi

Dünya tarihinde devletlerin dış politikalarını etkileyen dönüm noktaları bulunmaktadır. Bu çerçevede 20. yüzyıl siyasi tarihinde I. ve II. Dünya Savaşları devletlerin politikalarını temelden etkilemiştir. Her iki savaş da sömürgecilik ve yayılmacılık arzusunda olan devletlerin rekabeti sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu yazıda Sovyet Rusya´nın II. Dünya Savaşı yıllarındaki dış politikası ve bu dış politikayla bağlantılı Sovyet ideolojisi ele alınmıştır. Sovyet Rusya´nın komünizm temelli rejimi yerleştirmek için uyguladığı politikalar çeşitli devletler tarafından eleştirilmiştir. Çünkü rejim adına asimile politikaları yürütülmüş, sürgünler ve katliamlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca Sovyet Rusya´nın yayılmacı ve emperyalist politikalar yürütmesi dünya devletlerinin tepkisine neden olmuş ve sonuçta güvenlik amaçlı teşkilatlar kurulmuştur.

The Soviet Foreign Policy and Soviet İmperialism During the Years of the Second World War

In world history, there are turning points that affect the states´ foreign politics. In this context, in the politic history of 20. century, the first and second world wars deeply affected the foreign politics of the states. The rivalry among the states that want colonialism and expansionism resulted in broking out of both wars. In this article, Soviet Russia´s foreign politics during the Second World War and the ideology related with this politics are discussed. Soviet Russia´s politics for placing the communist regime were criticized by various states because assimilation politics were carried out, people were killed and exiled for the regime. In addition to this, Soviet Russia´s colonialist and expansionist politics caused the world states´ reaction and in the end some organizations aiming security were established.
