İki Soruşturma Arasında Bir Osmanlı Savcı Muavini
Tarihin sadece siyasî olaylardan ibaret olmadığı artık tartışma konusu olmaktan bir hayli uzakta kalmıştır. Dolayısıyla, önceleri sadece hükümdarlar ve idarelerindeki siyasî mekanizmalardan başka askerî gelişmelerle meşgul olan siyasî tarih anlayışı, zamanla yerini; insanı ve insanlığı ilgilendiren bütün unsurlara kucak açabilen bir toplumsal tarih anlayışına bırakmıştır. Bu gelişime hayat veren yaklaşım sayesindedir ki tarih artık belirli kişi ve zümrelerin tekelinde veya hizmetinde bulunan bir saha olmaktan çıkmıştır. Böylece tarihin "takipçilerinin" ve "takip ettiklerinin" sayısında ve çeşitliliğinde hissedilebilir bir artış yaşanmıştır.

An Ottoman Solicitor-Assistant Between The Two Investigations
It is too further from a debating topic that history is not consisting of only political events. Therefore, the former history understanding that had been busying with only rulers and the political mechanisms under their ruling as well as military developments is leaving its place to the social-history understanding that can embrace the all the subjects which interesting in human and human being. With the help of the approach which revive this development, history was removed anymore from becoming an area under the monopoly or service of certain person or groups. In this way a sensible increase happened in the figure and variety of the "followings" and "followers" of history.
