Kimlik ve Siyasallaşma Bağlamında Lübnan´daki Şii Toplumu

Lübnan'ın mevcut toplumsal yapısına ilişkin bir tartışma, mantıksal olarak ülkenin siyasi kurumlarından kaynaklı olarak başlatılmaktadır. Ancak Mezhep Temsilciliği Sistemi veya Lübnan´ın anayasal-konfesyonel politikaları, Lübnan toplumunun karşıt unsurlarını korumak için yeni keşfedilen bir formül olmaktan ziyade bu tür düzenlemeler, yüzyılı aşkın bir süredir gelişen ilkelere dayanmıştır. Bu ilkelerin doğal sonucu olarak da birbirinden farklı inanç sistemlerine mensup kabile birimlerinden oluşan sosyal yapı, tamamen karışık ve kozmopolit bir yapıya dönüşmüştür. Şii kimliği de Lübnan´ın bu yapısı içerisinde geçmişten günümüze en etkin kimlik olarak varlığını devam ettirme imkânına sahip olmuştur. Bu kimlik, Lübnan´da zamanla küresel ve bölgesel eksende Şii kimliği açısından etkin bir faaliyet merkezi olmuştur. Bu merkezde Lübnanlı Şiiler, Lübnan´ın sürdürülebilir siyasi organizasyonu içerisinde mevcut sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel durumlarını muhafaza etmiş ve Lübnan´ın konfesyonel (Confessional) sisteminin neden olduğu problemlerde, ülkenin siyasi kültüründe ve idari yapısının şekillenmesinde de önemli rolleri olmuştur. Ayrıca politik şiddeti ele alma girişimleri, sınıf temelli olmasa da kültürel açıdan bir perspektiften yola çıkma eğilimleri, küresel anlamda kötü bir şiddet örneği oluşturmuştur. Zira Lübnan'da Şii topluluğu, teorik bir siyasi şiddet modeline sahiptir. Dolayısıyla Lübnan, komşu ülkelerin iç çatışmalarının yanı sıra uluslararası terörizmdeki rolü ile daha keskin bir modele benzemektedir. Bu çalışma, Lübnan´daki varlığı ve faaliyetleri noktasında Şii toplumunun kimlik, siyasallaşma ve radikalleşme süreçlerini Amerikan ve İngiliz arşivlerini de temel alan incelemeyi bütünlük açısından ele almaktadır. Yapısal bir tarzda mahkûm etmekten çok anlamak amacıyla araştırmaya nihayet edilmiştir.

A debate about the current social structure of Lebanon is logically initiated by the political institutions of the country. However, the system of the sectarian legation or the constitutional-professional policies of Lebanon have relied on such principles as a new discovery formula rather than to protect the opposition elements of the Lebanese society, such regulations, a century and a half. As a natural consequence of these principles, the social structure, which consists of tribal units belonging to different belief systems, has turned into a completely mixed and cosmopolitan structure.Shiite identity has also had the possibility of continuing its presence as the most effective identity of the past day in this structure of Lebanon.This identity has become an active center of activity in terms of Shi'ite identity in global and regional axis over time. In this center, the Lebanese Shiites have maintained their current socio-economic and cultural conditions within the sustainable political organization of Lebanon and have played important roles in the problems caused by the Confessional system of Lebanon and in the shaping of the political culture and administrative structure of the country.In addition, attempts to address political violence, although not class-based, have tended to set out from a cultural perspective, creating a worse example of global violence.Because the Shiite community in Lebanon has a theoretical pattern of political violence. Therefore, Lebanon looks more sharper with its role in international terrorism as well as the internal conflicts of neighboring countries.This study examines the identity, politicization, and radicalization processes of the Shiite society at the point of its existence and activities in Lebanon in terms of the integrity of the examination based on American and British archives. It has been finalized to investigate in a structured manner so as to be more aware of the condemnation.
