Osmanlı Meclisinde Rum Göçü ve Rum Tehciri Tartışmaları
Osmanlı Devleti´nin son zamanlarında Rumlarla alakalı iki önemli gelişme yaşanmıştı. İlk önce Balkan Savaşı´nın ardından 200 bin civarında bir Rum kitlesi Trakya ve Batı Anadolu´dan Yunanistan´a göç etmişti. I. Dünya Savaşı sırasında da hükümet kararıyla yaşadıkları yerlerde tehlike oluşturan Rumlar tehcir edilmişlerdi. İşte bu iki önemli hadiseyle alakalı İttihat ve Terakki hükümetinin politikaları önce 1914 yılında daha sonra da 1918 yılında Osmanlı Meclis-i Mebusan´ında çok hararetli bir şekilde tartışılmıştı.

The Discussions of Greek Migration and Greek Deportation in Ottoman Deputies Assembly
There had been two important development related on Greeks during the latest era of Ottoman Empire. First of all, after Balkan war, about a group of 200 thousand Greek had migrated from Thrace and Western Anatolia to Greece. Then ,the Greeks, causing danger where they live had deportated by the decision of government during the First World War. Here; about these two events; the policy of the Union And Progress had caused a hard talk in the Ottoman Deputies Assembly first in 1914 and then in 1918.
