Bitlis Etnografya Müzesi´nde Bulunan Osmanlı Dönemine Ait Bakır Mutfak Kaplarından Örnekler

Geleneksel Türk el sanatlarımızdan biri olan maden sanatı, Anadolu insanının üstün beceri ve zevkini binlerce yıldır yansıtmaya devam etmektedir. Osmanlı döneminde maden sanatı diğer sanat dallarıyla beraber zirveye çıkmış önemli bir sanat dalıdır. Osmanlı maden sanatında şüphesiz ki kolay bulunması ve işlenmesi gibi nedenlerden dolayı ham madde olarak en çok bakır kullanılmıştır. Bakır, Osmanlı sanatçılarının elinde gündelik bir yaşam nesnesi olarak başladığı yolculuğu bir sanat eseri olarak tamamlamıştır. Günümüzde daha çok müzelerde ve özel koleksiyonlarda karşılaştığımız Osmanlı bakır mutfak kapları bu çalışmanın ana konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Bitlis Etnografya Müzesi´nde bulunan bakır mutfak kaplarının tanıtılarak, yapım özelliklerinin ortaya konulması bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Bitlis Etnografya Müzesi'nde bulunan Osmanlı Dönemine ait 15 adet bakır mutfak kabı incelenmiş ve katalog şeklinde tanıtılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda incelenen eserlerin tamamının yapımında dövme tekniği, süslemelerinde ise kazıma tekniği ile bitkisel motiflerin uygulandığı görülmüştür. Çalışmada yer alan eserlerin diğer Osmanlı dönemi örnekleri ile karşılaştırmaları neticesinde Osmanlının son dönemlerine (18-19. Yüzyıl) tarihlendirilmeleri mümkündür. Yine çalışma kapsamında yer alan eserlerin yapım ve süsleme teknikleri açısından Osmanlı son dönem maden sanatı ile paralel özellik gösterdikleri görülmektedir.

Speciemens of Copper Kitchen Pots That Belong to Ottoman Period in the Bitlis Ethnography Museum

Mining art which is one of our traditional Turkish handicrafts continues to reflect the superior skill and pleasure of Anatolia´s people since thousands of years. During the Ottoman period, the art of mining was an important art form, which was summit with other art branches. Copper has been the most used raw material for reasons such as easy to find and process in Ottoman mining art. Copper has completed its journey from a daily life object to an art object in the hands of Ottoman artificer. The Ottoman copper kitchen pots we encountered in museumsor in some private collections today is the main theme of this work. In this context, the presentation and revealing of techniques features of copper kitchen pots in Bitlis Ethnography Museum is the aim of this work. For this purpose, in this study, 15 copper kitchen pots belonging to the Ottoman Period in Bitlis Ethnography Museum were examined and presented in catalog form. As a result of the study, it has been seen that for the whole of the artifacts examined, the forging technique was applied, while the engrave technique and her balmotifs were applied to the ornaments. As a result of comparing the Works which is examining in this study with the examples of other Ottoman periods, it is possible to be dated to the last periods of the Ottoman Empire (18-19th Century). It is also seen that there late dartifacts have paralel features of construction and ornamentation techniques with last period of Ottoman.
