Yüzellilikler Meselesi, Mesud Fani ve Risalesi Üzerine Bir İnceleme
Bu makalede TBMM kararı doğrultusunda ülke dışına sürgün edilen ve birkaç yıl sonra vatandaşlıktan çıkarılan Milli Mücadele karşıtı ve/veya İtilaf Devletleri yanlısı kişilerin odağında yer aldığı Yüzellilikler meselesi, yine bu kategoride yer alan Mesud Fâni´nin (Bilgili) hayatı ve kaleme aldığı bir broşürün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yüzellilikler konusu Milli Mücadele ve Cumhuriyet´in kuruluş yılları açısından önem taşıyan konular arasındadır. Lozan´da, af kanunu kapsamı dışında bırakılacak kişiler için belirlenen yüz elli kişilik kontenjana göre 1924 yılında bir kanun çıkarılmıştır. Mesud Fani de çıkarılan bu listede yer almıştır. Çıkarılan kanunla bu kişiler yurtdışına sürgün edilmişlerdir. Söz konusu sürgün yılları boyunca yüksek tahsil gören, doktora çalışmaları yürüten ve Antakya´da öğretmen olarak çalışan Fani´nin hayatı bahsedilen öykülerden ilginç bir tanesi olarak yansımaktadır.

An Analysis On The Question of 150 Persona Non Gratae of Turkey, Mesud Fâni and his Booklet
In this article, it´s aimed the implementation of the 150 persona non gratae, whom had been against the National Struggle in Turkey and/or supportive of the Allied Powers, who had been exiled and a few year after the exilation, expelled from the citizenship of Turkey by the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TGNA), the evaluation of a brochure written by Mesud Fani and his life as well. The issue of 150 persona non gratae of Turkey is amongst the important issues in accordance with the early Republican period and the National Struggle of Turkey. According to the quota determined for the people to be set out, at Lausanne, there had been the Law of Amnesty enacted by the TGNA in 1924. Mesud Fani had been one of these people counted in this list. By this law, these people had been exiled from Turkey. All along these years of exilation, having the higher education in university, committing the PhD studies and working in Antioch as a teacher, life of Mesud Fani emerges as one of the interesting stories amongst the ones of 150 persona non gratae of Turkey.
