"Personnel Management" Practices in The Historical Process: An Archive Study on The Late Ottoman Period
In this study, the personnel management practices in state factories established in the Late-Ottoman Period were examined. In this context, the subjects of what the personnel management practices are, how they are applied, their characteristics are investigated. The sample of the work is state factories established in the Late Ottoman Period. The document analysis technique was chosen as the method of this research. The documents in the Ottoman Archives as a data source have been used in translation. As a result of the research, practices related to attracting the workforce, recruitment, training, rewarding, remuneration, occupational health and safety, control, discipline and employee rights were found.

Tarihsel Süreçte "Personel Yönetimi": Geç Osmanlı Dönemine İlişkin Bir Arşiv Araştırması
Bu çalışmada, Geç-Osmanlı Dönemi'nde kurulan devlet fabrikalarındaki personel yönetimine ilişkin uygulamalar incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, personel yönetimi pratiklerinin neler olduğu, nasıl uygulandığı, karakteristik özellikleri, dayandıkları yasal düzenlemeler araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemi Geç Osmanlı Dönemi'nde kurulan devlet fabrikalarıdır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi tekniği bu araştırmanın yöntemi olarak seçilmiştir. Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivlerindeki belgeler çeviri yazı yaptırılmış ve veri kaynağı olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda işgücünü cezbetme, işe alım, eğitim, ödüllendirme, ücretlendirme, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, kontrol, disiplin ve çalışan haklarına ilişkin uygulamalar bulgulanmıştır
