Birinci Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi´nde Cephe Gerisindeki Güvenlik Problemleri İle İlgili Tartışmalar
Millî Mücadele yıllarında ülkenin çeşitli bölgelerinde güvenlik problemleri yaşanmıştır. Karadeniz bölgesinde Pontus olayları, Anadolu´nun çeşitli bölgelerinde eşkıyalık olayları, Koçkiri ve Ümraniye olayları bunlardan bazılarıdır. Olayların doğmasında ve büyümesinde ülkede kanun hakimiyetinin sağlanmasındaki eksiklikler, idare memurlarının yetersizliği, hükümet otoritesindeki boşluklar ve olağanüstü uygulamaların olumsuz sonuçları gibi faktörler etkili olmuştur. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi´nde 24 Nisan 1920 - 13 Nisan 1922 tarihleri arasında çeşitli başlıklar altında iç güvenlik konusunda toplam 27 gizli oturum düzenlenmiş ve bu konular tartışılmıştır. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Gizli Celse Zabıtları´ndan taradığımız bilgileri esas alarak bu makaleyi kaleme aldık.

Discussions Related to Security Problems behind the War frond in the first Grant National Assmebly of Turkey
In various parts of the country has experienced security problems during the National Struggle. Events in the Black Sea region of Pontus, banditry incidents in various parts of Anatolia, and Umraniye Koçkiri events some of them. Deficiencies in the provision of the rule of law and the growth of chain leading to the events in the country, lack of administrative officers, government applications otoritesindeki gaps and negative consequences of the extraordinary factors that have been effective as.
