XVIII. Yüzyılın Son Çeyreğinde Osmanlı-Avusturya Siyasi İlişkileri ve Ziştovi Antlaşması (II. Josef ve II. Leopold Dönemi)

Osmanlı Devleti´nin Kuzey ve Kuzey Batı komşusu olan Avusturya XVIII. yüzyılda Habsburg hanedanın idaresi altında bulunmaktaydı. Orta Avrupa da yer alan ve politik koşulların bir araya getirdiği farklı milletlerden ve mezheplerden müteşekkil bir devlet yapısına sahip Avusturya, çok eski bir tarihe sahip olmasına karşın, Avrupa sahnesine çıkışı ve güçlü devletler arasına girişi ise XVIII. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru meydana geldi. Özellikle bu yüzyılda Osmanlı-Avusturya siyasi ilişkilerin genel anlamda bir çekişme ve savaş ortamında bulunduğu görülmektedir.

The Austrian Empire neighbouring in the north and northwest of The Ottoman Empire was reigned by the Habsburg Dynasty in the eighteenth century. Austria located in the Central Europe and possessing the state structure which comprises of different nations and religions which bring political conditions together, participated in the European stage towards the end of the 18the century and became one of the powerful states despite having an old history. Especially in that century, in general terms there seems to be a conflict and war in political relation between Ottoman and Austria.
