16. Yüzyılda Karadeniz´in Kuzeyinde Ölen Osmanlı Tüccarları ve Muhallefatları
Karadeniz kıyılarındaki önemli liman kentleri bir bir Osmanlı hâkimiyetine alınınca zamanla buralardaki ticari aktörler yerlerini Müslim ve gayrimüslim Osmanlı tebaası tüccarlara bıraktı. Bunlar kısa sürede ticari ağlarını kurarak bölgenin ticaretinde söz sahibi olmaya başladılar. Zannedildiğinin aksine Osmanlı tüccarları Karadeniz´in sadece kıyı bölgelerinde değil, kuzeydeki iç bölgelerinde de iş yapıyorlardı. Bu makalede, Karadeniz´in kuzeyinde, Osmanlı sınırları dışında, ticaret yaparken ölen Osmanlı tüccarlarının muhallefatlarının kurtarılması faaliyetlerine odaklanmak suretiyle, Karadeniz ticaret tarihinin farklı bir veçhesini aydınlatmaya çalışacağız.

Ottoman Merchants who Died in the North of the Black Sea in the 16th Century and their Properties
When the major port cities in the Black Sea coats were taken under Ottoman rule, the commercial actors in this area left their roles over time to the merchants, the members of Muslim and non-Muslim Ottoman subjects. Unlike supposed, the Ottoman merchants had business not only in the Black Sea´s coastal areas but also in the inner regions of the North. They soon began to have a say in the trade of the region by establishing their commercial networks. We will try to illuminate a different aspect of the Black Sea trade in this article, by focusing to the operations such as to rescue the properties of the Ottoman merchants dying while doing business over the Northern Black Sea, outside the borders of the Ottoman Empire.
